To get back to the original question, does this mean applying early puts you in the initial auto-reject group? Has SDN been wrong this entire time?

I don't even know what I thought that picture was.

To get back to the original question, the secretary problem doesn't apply to med school admissions because they don't have to make their decision right away and they can choose hundreds of people.
