Taken from EK: Delta H = q (constant pressure, closed system at rest, PV work only)

Is that because delta H = delta U + p delta W, And delta U = q - p delta W? Is this where it comes from, why do they have what's in the parentheses above? Why does it matter if there is no change in pressure, there is no work in the equation.
