I have an interview coming up soon, and I want to cover my bases on major healthcare knowledge that applicants should know.

I'd like to compile/crowdsource a list, and then we can expound on topics that we don't know too much about.

You're not really expected to have a ton of medical or healthcare knowledge. Know what the Affordable Care Act is. Think of a problem facing healthcare today so you can talk about it if asked. I'd say I was asked more about hypothetical interactions with patients ("What would you do if a patient...") than about healthcare policy or anything like that.
