I was wondering what allopathic schools accept third year applicants and if they would be at a disadvantage compared to fourth year applicants.

Are you talking about people applying as juniors, or people re-applying for a 3rd or 4th time?

I'm assuming you are Turkish and thus the ambiguity -- something was lost a little in translation, I think. Technically, some medical schools can admit people who haven't even graduated with a bachelor's... but in practice that never happens. Thus, schools expect you to be in your fourth/senior year.

A third year re-applicant would have a marginal advantage over a fourth year re-applicant.

I'd have thought that every premed would've seen at least one episode of scrubs

Why would you be applying as a junior? You would be at a significant disadvantage since almost every medical school requires a bachelors by the time you graduate. I know some people who graduated college in 3 years, but that gives you one less year to build your application as well, not to mention having to cram more school into less time.
