USMLE in 3 days.

average around 60% total on Uworld

NBME 12 200 3 weeks out
NBME 7 205 1 week out
NBME 11 221 3 days out.

Postponing isn't really an option, as I've got rotations fast approaching and I know I'll just forget everything. My goal is a 220 or thereabouts.

Should I take the USMLE or just throw my lot in with the COMLEX?

I don't understand the hesitation. You are at your goal score with 2 more solid days of studying left. Focus on your weaknesses and take the damn thing.

I don't think it's a good idea to take an NBME soon since the OP isn't planning on pushing his/her exam back... I'll just hit your week areas and things you seem to always forget...in a final attempt to push the info in ur noggin!!
