I just happened across the thread and it is starting to really bother me. It's only been a few years...any comments?

Is there something specifically that is bothering you? Med school in Ireland is no different from anywhere else. There are times when no matter where you are (FMG, in the US) or whether you are a student, resident or attending that you are going to get kind of down and think "is this really the choice I should have made?" But no worries, you persevere and there will be times when you will answer your own question with a resounding "YES!"

Ive been waiting for at least 3 years and extremely excited to finally get my hands on the game.

I was thinking along the same lines, but at the same time, I can't discount complaints, especially when they are reasonably presented and likely not from an irrational, failing student. These types of feedbacks are the most important.

In my case, I'm looking into transferring to the UK or R.o. Ireland somewhere, so such recommendations will help the decision, since I'm looking for an upgrade in quality, or at least a lateral movement from Germany, with the advantage of English teaching and a less nationalistic setting.
