Hi everyone!!! I'm taking the test on thursday, wish me luck!!!
I will have to take a train to Madrid, because that's the closest place to take it from where I live in Spain.
I didn't go to the prometric place ever before, but I've seen the prometric video and done the usmle tutorial.

Any advice about food/clothes/whether or not I should take my First Aid notes to the locker room?
I read they let you go out the examination room in between blocks, so maybe you could go out and check formulas or something quick on your locker or is that not allowed? Also, within the examination room, do they give you scratch paper to take notes or is it a white/eraser board? Do they take away the notes/ wipe the board everytime you go out for a break? or they let your own notes during the examination there with you the whole day?
Do you recommend resting after every block?
When finishing blocks, did you always go outside the room or could you stay there sitting in your place but with the computer in break mode?

Thank you guys, in advance.

Hi. I wish you the best of lucks on your test. First. Wear something very comfortable. Have a sweater or something because the a/c really works. Every time you go out and come back they are going to check your pockets (so wear something without many pockets). I will recommend doing a max of 2 blocks before taking a break. You can have your notes in the locker, but they are pretty much useless because you don't know what's coming next and I think it will cause stress; but if having them close by helps you go for it. Food: bring snacks you usually eat. Water is very important. The most important thing is being relaxed. If you do one block and feel like you need a break, do it. It's your test, do whatever feels right. They gave me some laminated sheets. They didn't erase them (probably because I drew stuff because I got bored.) I'm not sure if you can stay in, I went out because I needed to stretch a little. I wish you the best!!!!

Once you are out of the room they don't care what you do outside (Read FA)
No they don't wipe the eraser board paper --they'll make you write your CIN (Candidate ID #) on that paper and strongly advise against wiping it off.
Yes you can take the break while sitting in your chair.
