Is this a good question book for supplementation beyond the normal texts (Barash, Hall, Jensen) for the written board examination in August?

Pros/Cons? It is the companion question book for the Barash textbook, so these questions are likely written by real board writers?

An attending at my program who is a senior editor for the ABA written exam and an oral board examiner recommends it over Chantigan & Hall as a question book.

The Barash study guide contains a large number of high quality questions. I especially liked the cardiac and pulmonary questions. Hall was my least favorite question book.

Surprisingly, I haven't ready this book, but Neil Connelly is an attending at our institution (Baystate Medical Center). He is an oral board examiner and is VERY good at preparing us for boards. I would highly recommend what he has to say.
