PhD/PsyD Time2Track/AAPI Connection Issue. Pls advise.

Hello,

I was wondering if someone here could help me or may be experiencing similar issues. I tried to connect my Time2Track account with my AAPI account. I hit connect. I log into my time2track account, but nothing happens. I do not get the AAPI dashboard that is shown in the tutorial video. I have tried to connect through three different computers and nothing works. If anyone knows how to fix this I would super appreciate it. I'm supposed to send in my hours for my DCT to sign this weekend, but can't reach costumer service until Monday 🙁

I received an email from my DCT that they are working to fix it and that T2T will be down tomorrow morning for that purpose!

FWIW, trying on different browsers or waiting a bit to see if the system catches up as helped those in my cohort (and me, too)! Others have said it doesn’t help - so hopefully the fix tomorrow will work.
 
I've also been getting emails in my program's APPIC application thread all night about this issue-you are not alone! Hope it's fixed ASAP.

Could they pick a more inconvenient time to take T2T down for maintenance?! It would have made way more sense to do that some time between midnight and 5am ET so that prime working hours would be available for anyone on ET.
 
It sounds like we may have different issues though. You were able to connect and get your DCT to sign your hours, but I can't link my two accounts at all 🙁 I hope that their maintenance can fix both of our issues though

Well if the issue is not fixed asap there's going to have to be some serious discussion about all the sites with 11/1 application deadlines and the volume of applicants still trying to enter their hours into T2T.
 
Yikes. I was able to log in after the scheduled maintenance and have been entering hours all day without issue.
 
Okay! Good news guys. I called the time2track people this morning. I don't know what the issue was but they manually fixed it for me. I just sent my hours to my DCT. Fingers crossed there will be no more issues.

Congrats! It does sound like your account had something weird going on and its great they were able to help you immediately. I sent my hours to my DCT today as well and had zero issues, so whatever maintenance happened worked at least for my account.
