Timing of Post Grad Intern Positions in Central/North Florida

I was told that Central and North Florida tend to hire post grad interns much later than other parts of florida and other states. For example, I was told that publix won't know whether they have any post grad intern positions available until march. Is this true? this seems so late to me.

When do most senior florida pharm students get offered post grad intern positions at places like Walgreens, CVS etc...

I know students who have already accepted job offers as pharmacists at CVS months ago. It 100% depends on supply and depend. If they don't need as many people in your district/region they push it back and I'm sure they give internal applicants priority.
