Tips For Writing An Excellent Personal Statement?

Would any students who have been admitted a Caribbean school be kind enough to share any tips on how I may write an excellent personal statement? Should I attempt to make the essay very personal when I compose it?

i'm sure you'd know that its easy to spot the "change the world" nonsense. so refrain from mentioning that. my 2 cents, it would be best if you don't sweat too much over it, sit yourself infront of the laptop and just start typing. be honest, be precise and you'll be good to go.
