TMDSAS / AMCAS 1st vs Reapplicant

So I have applied through TMDSAS before, but not through AMCAS.

Would I be considered a reapplicant when I apply through AMCAS because of my TMDSAS application or would I be considered a first timer?

On AMCAS, you select the schools you want to apply to. It then asks if you have ever applied to that school before, so your answer will be no. So according to AMCAS, you will not be a reapplicant. However, some schools secondaries ask if you have ever applied to medical school before and some ask which specific ones, so you will have to answer yes and list the schools you have applied to.
