TMDSAS and AMCAS Inconsistencies

If I listed an activity on the TMDSAS that I do not list on the AMCAS, would that be considered a red flag? After consideration, I fear listing this activity would lower my chances of acceptance but it's too late for me to chance my TMDSAS. Would Texas adcoms be able to see this inconsistency and probe you? (TMDSAS asks for your AMCAS ID on the app)
