TMDSAS vs. AAMC evaluation letter

TMDSAS has a 2pg evaluation form that must be signed and accompany the recommendation letter. I'm handing them to my recommenders today.

Does AMCAS have this too? One for each school? How do you go about doing this if you are applying to 20 schools? using Interfolio? Would you ever hand 20 envelops w/ forms to your recommendors?

Use Interfolio. It has instructions on there to have it sent to them. Then you can have Interfolio send out copies to schools.
