Hi everyone! I'm really stressing out so I want some advice. I am receiving my committee letter from my undergrad institution which includes a letter clearinghouse. I will have the committee letter in addition to a Spanish professor (one of my minors in undergrad, very close to the teacher), my supervisor for my campus tutoring program, and the physician I work for. I am confident these 3 letters are strong as they know me very well. I had another letter set up with a science professor but she has completely ghosted me and I can't get ahold of her. I've tried email, showing up on-campus near her class hours. I have also tried shotgunning other science professors but no one is responding to me.

My health profession advisor advised me to just go forward with the letters I have to ensure everything gets in early/on-time. However, I am worried that this will be detrimental to my app cycle. I have a 4.0/516 as a biology major, so I know I have strong science abilities, but will this hold me back significantly? I am applying primarily TMDSAS and those are the schools I have highest preference for

Were you a science major? This is an unfortunate oversight because they do ask you to include one.
However, at least you have a school that will do a committee letter for you and since most med schools like those, you might slip under the radar and it will turn out fine.
It’s time to go forward with that and please don’t act like a stalker around your science professor! 😳

Thank you so much for this advice! Yes, I am a science major (biology). And sorry I should've clarified in the writing I wasn't stalking her LOL; catching her right after class has always been how I usually chat with her.
