I'm really getting confused with the ligaments of TMJ
1. what stabilizes tmj when closing? I think TMJ ligament but also sphenomandibular and stylomandibular both limit mandibular movement....can someone please elaborate on this
2.Pain to the TMJ would be where?
ok so i know retrodiscal pad and bilaminar zone (both in posterior zone I think?) are both heavily vasculartized ...so where would the origin of pain be?
3 DAO question. WHICH PREMOLAR HAS THE ROUNDEST CROSS SECTION...kaplan says mandibular 2pm is the roundest in a cross section...however First Aid says mandibular 1pm..WHICH IS IT?!??!
