To any current UCSD SSPPS students

Hi,

I was offered admission at UCSD today. I am very excited about it, but I didn't get a chance to chat with any of the current students on the interview day because I was writing my essay and then I had to check out to go to a dentist appointment. I was wondering if anybody would possibly tell me a little bit about their UCSD experience thus far (on the thread or a PM) and about the camaraderie (if any) that exists between students. I caught wind of a rumor that UCSD med students tend to be miserable. Is that true of the pharm students as well?

Also, if you had to decide between UCSD and UCSF, what were the major factors that led you to choose UCSD over UCSF? I have no idea if I'll get in at UCSF, but UCSD and UCSF are my top choices.

Any input would be appreciated. I am all ears
