To ask for LOR or not to ask for LOR?

Long story short, I gave the hospital where I volunteer a critical (but honest) review to the administration of how their patient care is. Should I ask for an LOR? The thing is, I'm pretty sure that the person who writes my LOR gets told of the reviews that we give.

If you have another person to ask for a LOR, I would strongly advise against asking this person. Just because they might get back at you... idk
If you have someone else that knows you better, choose them over this person. but, just my opinion🙂
