Yes. It's late. You can take your chances and see what you get but you will risk being a reapplicant if you don't get in.

I concur with the folks that say to apply early in the next cycle. It is better to apply early and wait a few months than risk applying late and having to become a re-applicant.

I applied in Feb. last cycle and got a deferred acceptance for this year. So you can try; it's still possible to get an II. Really it's your choice either way.
