To submit without AMCAS having my transcript?

Same old story; my school sent AMCAS the transcript about 2 weeks ago. They still haven't received/processed it. I'm ready to go, everything's in on my side. Do I submit, or do I wait for them to get the transcript?

submit your amcas, its probably even better in your favor, since some schools start sending secondaries with preliminary amcas information. granted your amcas wont be submitted until it is verified with trasncripts anyways, regardless of when you submit it or not, so i say submit your primary now, and wait for some schools to start secondaries from your prelim amcas info.
