Too Late to add more designations???

Is it too late to add a few more designations on my AADSAS application? Or would I just be throwing away money since it is relatively late in the application cycle? I Applied to Temple, PENN, Columbia and Maryland.

Considering adding:

NYU
TUFTS
PITT
HARVARD

If our AADSAS app is already sitting at schools, how long does it take AADSAS to send it out to designated schools that we newly add?
