Too late to apply to CCNY?

According to CCNY post-bacc website, you have to apply as second-degree student before you can apply as a post-bacc. Apparently I missed the deadline to apply as second degree (feb 1) even tho the post bacc deadline is not until Aug 1.....is it possible to take the classes as a post bacc anyway and transfer as second degree the following semester? or will it be impossible to get the classes I want this way???

Please help!!!!!!!
