No, it is not too late. And with those stats you should have no problem getting in everywhere.

Make sure you have shadowed/are shadowing a podiatrist and send out your application soon.

I have LOR through virtual evaluations. They were all for medical school, and so each writer wrote about my candicacy for medical school. Is it okay if I send the same ones, with an extra letter from a podiatrist?

Check with the school, but you should be fine with your Pre MD packet. I know someone who did just that, last year, and the school didn't care.
