If you have everything you need (MCAT, LORs, etc), no it's not too late.

Just make sure this is what you want to do. You will be locked into foot and ankle. You will not have the same ease of job opportunities or prestige as MD/DO.
Make sure you know what you are getting into. Nothing wrong with switching professions, just be informed and do your research.

Agreed with previous advice. It's not too late, and a lot of schools are still trying to fill spots through June. Make sure this is what you really want to do.
