Hi so I submitted my AMCAS application on July 1st, it hasn't been verified yet but my transcripts have all been marked as received. I was just wondering if applying a month late will hurt my chances at all seeing as how I will receive secondaries later than others. Maybe I'm just paranoid reading other threads where people have already submitted their secondaries. Anyway thanks for the help.

You're fine. Start writing your secondaries now if you're worried about it (you can find the prompts in the school specific threads).

You're being completely paranoid 😛. July is still *early* in the game. It when you start getting into august / september/ october that you become late. And don't worry, I'm in the same boat only a few days later. We'll be fine. I know it kind of sucks watching some people get interviews at like GW while we're waiting for verification but don't stress out yet. If you do, it's going to be a long year. Plus, you've got to realize that like GW for instance interviews 1100 people. They've got to get started *way* early to fit that many interviews into a <6 month peroid.

maybe it will, maybe it won't. This is all pure speculation.
