I just noticed a question that I think is answered by mistake on Topscore. It is Qs 10 of first PAT. The answer should not be A as topscore says. I think the answer is C. Please let me know what you think. Maybe I'm mistaken. Thanks

I think topscore is correct...the answer cant be C because if you look at it from the front or top, you will only see what choice A shows. The other "cut" into the strcutre will not show up because they are perpendicular.

In choice A there is no logical relation size wise between the part that sticks out and the thick section. Plus the stick is in both sides of the square. I don't know how choice A could be correct. Even looking from top or front still we can see that it is a stick in the middle and a rapped up square!!! I just can't get it!!! please if you know a method that I can see this one more clearly, let me know. thanks

I'm sorry! I pulled up question 11 by accident for my first post. I chose C for Q10 as well so I guess I got wrong too...

what's up ocean ?

yeah, this is a mistake in TS, i checked it with my instructor, it is definatly a mistake!!!

Hey guys, while we're at it, I also think # 29 (Topscore 1) is a mistake. Ans C makes much more logical sense, which is what I arrived with, compared to choice A, the "correct" answer indicated in the answer key. I can see the inner box being represented by the dotted lines the same length of the inner box in the top view, but I don't see any solid lines corresponding to the two narrow liness. Check this out & tell me what you agree or disagree on. Back to studying, good luck guys!
