Are we supposed to include the total number of clinical volunteering hours we've had on our primary app? Or just the number of hours per week?

Average Hours per week and number of weeks doing it (or time span). I think you also input the total number of hours (maybe that was on some secondaries). Just follow the instructions in the application.
