Is there anyone interviewing on this date? Are there more seats avialable?

as long as they are interviewing, they definitely still have spots.

Don't worry. I'm a first year at Touro and there are still spots open. Touro is interviewing until April because tour guide schedules are til then.

It is nice to know that. Thank you. Can I ask you how many applicants were interviewed during your time last year?

Do u want to know how many applicants are interviewed at an interview session? If so there are about 10 applicants and you get split into 2 groups and u do a group interview.

cheechchong,
I just received my interview request in the mail today and was wondering what airport I should arrive at? How many students are in the pharmacy class there? Any other suggestions to enhance my chances of getting in? I will be reading through Touro's website to get a better feel of the school before I come.
Thanks

I would recommend the Oakland Airport and then stay at the Quality Inn because it might be hard for you to find the school. If you want to drive yourself, be sure to check out how to get to the school ahead of time. Well the second year class has around 60 students and my class had about 82 students and the upcoming class will have 100 students. During the interview, just relax and answer as best as you can. Don't interrupt others while they speak and be sure you are not jumping to answer every question first during the group interview. Depending on who interviews you, the questions may vary. Some professors like to ask a lot more ethical questions rather than technical questions. There might be questions regarding nutrition or supplement but all the questions vary. During the written portion, be sure to be concise and get straight to the point. I know the professors hate reading essays that are too long. They want you to get to the point without repeating the same things over or trying to be overdo by making it long. Hope that helps and if you have any more questions feel free to ask.

THANKS!

Does anybody even interview this late? If you got invited, don't wait, call right away, I got my invitation last friday, called this morning and this is the eraliest date available. Hope there is still a chance!

Yes Touro is still doing interviews until the 20th of April according to my tour guide schedule. Regarding nutrition/supplement questions, they might ask you what you think of alternative medicine such as supplements and would you recommend it or the risks associated with it, etc.

Thank you for the infos. See you at the campus tour.

I also called this morning. I'll be at the April 12th interview too.

cheechchong,
Do you have any idea how many applicants they are interviewing for Class 2011?

Touro has gotten over 2000 applicants and out of those i think they are interviewing about 350 to 400 people. I'm not sure on the exact numbers but out of those that are interviewed 100 are chosen.

I called today and i was able to schedule an interview on march 8th, anyone else interviewing on that day?

Is anyone interviewing on April 13?
