would any one know the answer to this

If TPR no longer lists a coarse on their website does it mean that its all closed out, im talking about the october 24th start date on long island NY, i no longer see it on the web site, now its the next one which starts in november, can anyone help me out

I think that means it's full...the same thing happened to me.

It probably is full or is closed. Try calling them and getting on a waitlist. You might still be able to get registered.
