TPRH Science vs regular Science workbook?

I keep reading about the TPRH science workbook(s?) that are supposedly harder to find, but when I got my books from the Princeton Review in the mail (I signed up for their self-study), it included a rather large science workbook. Is this the same as (or similar to/equally sufficient as) the TPRH science book that everyone on here is talking about?

Yes, you have the correct one. It's hard to find because you can only get it if you take their course
