Transcript incomplete...wait or submit ERAS??

My transcript is not fully updated due to some evaluation forms getting turned in late and subsequent chasing after attendings etc. Some of the 3rd year clerkship courses have "grades in progress" and it is going to take few days for my school to have a completed trascript. I was wondering if I should wait until I have a fully updated trascript or just submit ERAS now with incomplete transcript. If I do submit ERAS today, then how can I send a new transcript to programs??
