Whenever I click the transcript matching form icon next to my school, it loads a file that is not able to be read by my computer. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

What's the extension on the file? Can you save it to desktop and change the extension to PDF? It did that last year.

When I clicked on it, it also downloaded the pdf to my computer and I accessed it there.

I am not good with computers so my is advice go over to a friends house and print it there.

Or have a friend come over who is good with computers and figure it out.

My computers default program or some kind got switched and I always had to click open with adobe for my scanned images or they wouldn't open. I don't no if that helps or not and I don't no how to fix it either I had a friend do it 🙂
