I can't find a definitive answer for this by searching. If you need to update transcripts (i.e. pre-requisite classes are planned/in-progress) do you send one official transcript to AACOMAS or do you need to mail an official transcript to each school separately? If the latter, is it advantageous to contact schools and let them know they will be receiving an updated transcript?

Also, it is my impression (regardless of what the case is above) that AACOMAS will update schools of planned MCAT scores as available. If so, is it - again - advantageous to contact schools and let them know they will be receiving your MCAT score?

Did you already have your primary sent out to all your schools of choice?

I have not submitted yet, but I will be doing it soon. This is more or less hypothetical. 🙂 I have an organic chemistry C to A repeat I will need to update early August and an MCAT score being released in mid-September. I am just interested in the process if I have it verified now (4 weeks from now will be around early August - apparently verification time varies from 3-6 weeks though) but need to update the schools as this semesters grades become available on my new official transcript.

Then you just send your updated info to AACOMAS. They may have to verify some stuff. You could also call them to ask what the best course of action would be

Don't send out primaries to all of your schools until you have everything updated
