I did dual enrollment classes but in the section where it says to add your AP classes, does dual enrollment classes count as that?

I think that would count as "other test credit" that you fill out after the AP indicating section
If you dual enrolled while in high school, you have to send in the transcript from the original institution at which you took the courses. In transcript entry, you have to enter the courses on that transcript as being taken at that institution. You don't list it as transfer or any sort of test credit at your home or whatever institution.
