I received poor marks at Waterloo, and since I've transferred to lakehead and I have been getting very good marks. However, I'm wondering if I have to send the schools im applying to my Waterloo transcript if all the prereqs for pharmacy are on my lakehead transcript.

Not sending them my Waterloo transcript could make the difference between getting in or not.

You have to send all of your grades, regardless of whether or not they pertain to your prereqs.

How would they even know that I went to Waterloo if I don't mention it?

HAH! Good luck with that ... I would think that Pharmacy schools would highly frown on allowing someone, who lied about their application, to stay in their program WHEN they find out.

It's not lying, its just not... disclosing all the facts. Its putting my own spin on the situation if you will.

Schools frequently run background checks on students during the acceptance phase. I don't remember the site, but a user posted a link to it in a thread very similar to this one. The link was to a service that would show what schools you'd attended, etc.

You play a risky game by lying to your prospective schools.

And spin it all you will. At the end of the day, it's a lie.

Misrepresentation. Both lying and incomplete disclosure falls under that.

Im boned then,
Avg first year 67
avg 2d year 86
avg this year 83

So, there is basically no chance I can get in with those marks. I failed Modern Chem II first year and got an A+ in it second time around. I guess they don't care though. I dun goofed

Pharmcas states, "You are required to enter ALL of the courses you completed and attempted at every institution you attended. You MUST include all repeated, failed, and withdrawn courses. If you do not enter every course listed on your official transcripts, your application will be returned to you for corrections and you may miss important school deadlines."

You could try for a school that offers academic forgiveness. Good luck!
