Chances are slim to none (ie, "buckley's"). Every year there are hundreds of students in foreign medical schools trying to transfer into a US medical school. There are some who do make it, and if you are realistic about your chances and willing to spend the money and the time, it might be worth a try. Bear in mind that some of the reasons that it is so difficult to transfer are that most medical schools in the US only accept transfers from other LCME schools, those that accept from outside the US often require connections to the area (ie, spouse or family on faculty), or a space that has opened up in the class, allowing for another to enter. Most of the schools that accept transfers are private colleges of medical education. I don't have a current list although I know that George Washington has traditionally accepted 1 or 2 students in transfer into the 3rd year. Expect that you may have to repeat your 2nd year at some schools if accepted in transfer. You'll have to have the support of your current medical school, letters of recommendation, your MCAT scores, good grades, and in some cases, USMLE Step 1 scores.
Lots of threads on this topic in this forum; the same advice for transfer from a Caribbean school goes for transfer from Oz.
