Hello,
I am a current UCF student and am trying to take physics 1 and organic chem 2 this summer so that I can get all my pre-requisites in before I take the MCAT next cycle. However, physics 1 and orgo 2 are taught at the exact same time over the summer, so I can only take one at UCF. Is it looked down upon to take physics 1 at my local state college over the summer? The college (seminole state college) actually has a solid rep in Florida but it still isn't a 4-year university. I would take physics 2 in fall at UCF. But really need to get physics 1 out of the way so I can be prepared for the MCAT and taking it at the state college is really the only way... Is that okay in the eyes of medical schools?
