Trigeminal Research Ideas?

Hi everybody,
So I was recently invited to do undergrad research with my anatomy professor on the trigeminal nerve. Currently, there are numerous people doing different things on this project from 3D mapping to teaching techniques. He left things pretty open to me though the research should be focused towards anatomical structures, patterns, and of course this is a huge chance to do something dental related. I'd LOVE some ideas, I've been calling dentists and oral surgeons but I could use some more help! Thanks!
