Trouble registering for Boards Part 1

I'm trying to register for Boards Part 1 thru prometric, but the login I was provided doesn't seem to work. I've been on the phone with them endlessly to no prevail. I was just wondering if there were any other students on here experiencing similar issues,

I would think if you have your authoization to test (ATT) number, it shouldn't be a problem. You should be able to register over the phone with Prometric. Seems strange...

Just email the student who's in charge of working with the NBPME and Prometric
