is this correct, surgeons?

if so, is this "confidence and quickness" a skill-set that comes more from training or from personality?

I think its just logical to say that the more you do something the quicker you get at it and with that quickness comes confidence.

I think the real trick...the real thing to learn is to be confident that you didnt go TOO quick.
 
and learning not when to operate..thats easy..but when you shouldnt..thats hard
