Hi all! So for the past year I have been struggling with an ED. Finally I have started eating more BUT I have found I "save" calories for the evening because I am always hungry before I go to bed. So I usually go from 7 am to 7 pm with 450 calories, then at night eat about 700-800. I usually eat a 350 calorie dinner, and after that 2 snacks and go to bed around 1 am.. I dont have trouble falling asleep but I get up about 3 times to go to the bathroom and even on the weekends I get up a 7 am because im so hungry.. Do you think that if i start eating a bigger bfast and lunch the evening cravings will go away? any advice please?
I should add that every 3 days I allow myself to "cheat" rather than end up binging, so a normal day is about 1200 calories now, and a "cheat day" is around 2500 . I know this is still pretty messed up, but its much better that a month ago
