hello,
i forgot my user name and password for aamc.org
to retrieve my password, they ask for a user name, which i dont know
but i do know what email address i used.
can i retrieve both my username and password?
if not, this might help me: are my user name and password something that they assigned, or something that i chose?

I chose my own username and password so keep plugging in username password combinations till you get one. If not, see if you can re-register, when you do it will probably tell you that your username (etc.) is taken. Then at least you know what your username is. You can then do a password recovery. If this does not work out then just re-register using that new username.

I would try giving them a call. If I am not mistaken, you pick your user name and password but they assign you a number. If you have that number, you can refer to that to get your information. I think calling them and explaining your situation would be your best bet.
