Tufts vs. Louisville vs. Indiana

I am so stuck. I cannot decide and it doesn't help that Tufts and Indiana have the same visit day.
Tufts

pros:

• awesome place to live

cons:

• cold
• large class size
• expensive

Indiana

pros:

• very pretty
• people look like my type of people
• small class size

cons:

• never been
• cold

louisville

pros:

• reputation
• technology forward

cons:

• sketchy surroundings
• no windows creating a dark atmosphere
• sim lab gives me prison vibes

Tufts would be the most fun of the three if someone else is paying for you to go to Tufts and live in Boston…But I’d imagine Indiana is significantly cheaper even with OOS tuition plus lower cost of living? If Louisville and Indiana are equal cost, I’d lean towards Indianapolis personally.
