For WVSOM, the school provides a financial aid package that covers the cost of living, tuition, etc..for $72K.

But the rumor that everyone has been perpetuating is that TUITION is 75k.

Most med schools are going to have a total package of 55-70k/yr

Thanks for the updates guys...Sorry that the numbers aren't correct. Like I said the publication is about 2 years old.

I think people were saying teh budget is 75k = tution + living expenses, which over 4 years = 300k:scared: .

Regardless of whether it's tuition or not, 75k is still a LOT of money.

yeah i think most people were including living expenses.

Although from everyone at WVSOM, the standard of living is very low there, so you might not need all that money?

for example, you might be able to live off of $12K so your expenses wouldn't be so high per year.

The standard of living...... you mean the cost of living. It makes WV seem like a third world country.
