Quality, yes, but everyone does it.

Well it seems as though my ECs are primarily going to be from EMT and tutoring. I have no research EC and it seems to be far more demanding than tutoring.

Yes, I was an official university tutor. I had to interview and get assessed on my skills. Unlike many tutoring activities, I had strict accountability for mine and on top of that I also did the equivalent of TAing a class as part of the same job. It's one of my most meaningful experiences.

Same here.. I was a tutor through my university and I put it as one of my most meaningful activities. Def counts as extracurricular
