TV and Movie Anesthesia Errors

In X:Men Origins: Wolverine, while they are grafting the adamantium to his skeleton, they've got him on telemetry. And not a single P-QRS-T was seen. They spent 160 million on a film and couldn't pay some doctor, nurse, or medical student to teach you to draw the right squiggles on the screen? Seriously? I can barely stand to look at the screen during that part. I am happy to suspend disbelief for a few hours, but that omission is just lack of attention to detail.
