I understand that you can't do two rotations in the same specialty at the same hospital as ADT's but what about two different specialties? e.g. one psych and one medicine back to back.

Navy will let you split your rotations (2 weeks IM, 2 weeks psych) at the same hospital, but to do two, you would have to straddle the fiscal year.

This is do-able. I did 1 month in September and 1 month in October at the same med center in two specialties. Now, you might have to drive out to the airport to switch your rental car out (I never have understood this, BTW) but otherwise it works pretty well.
