Hello everyone...i am planning to apply to to U Pitts ....could someone please clarify what documents are needed to be sent to them in supplemental application....as they hv mentioned to send all certificates , grades and /or license.....so should i send the notarized copies of internship completion certificate and passing certificate also along with the dental degree or just the transcripts and license is sufficient ? Also will a photocopy of the visa would be good enough or it should also be notarized???plz reply soon
