I really want to study abroad at some point, but I heard that medical schools don't like when students take prereq science classes abroad. Is this true? I go to a UC, and there's a UCEAP program that lets you take the equivalent of 2 semesters of physics in 8 weeks over the summer. This seems like a good opportunity to get my physics requirement completed and it's preapproved for credit at my university. Another option I was also considering is just doing a normal semester abroad through UCEAP and taking some science classes. Does anyone have information about what medical schools might think of these two options? Thank you in advance!
