UChicago screening program

I thought there must have been a thread about this but couldn't find one. Apparently the University of Chicago began a program of screening patients in their ED and referring some out to community clinics:

Fortunately, all of this came out before rank lists are due... but, I wonder how many other hospitals/programs are going to face similar issues with the economy going south.
